To solve the Cursed Dual Katana puzzle, head to the mansion shown in the below YouTube video. Once you reach the location where the mansion is located, go to its backside. When you go there, you will find an NPC named Crypt Master.

When you have an interaction with the Crypt Master, the door located on the first side of the mansion will be unlocked. Once the door is unlocked, get inside the mansion and solve the puzzle.
